The Problem-Definition Core Software Talent Development Program has analyzed the limitations of the existing education and research division, deriving improvements and directions. Through the implications of benchmarking analysis of global top universities and positioning analysis, we are advancing toward the vision of "cultivating core SW research talent to lead the Fourth Industrial Revolution and growing into a top-tier research group in the field of AI-based future computing" and the goal of "entering the global top 50 by 2030." To achieve future goals and strategies for each area, we have established 13 detailed tasks across education, research, industry-academia collaboration, and internationalization, creating a system that can actively respond to the cultivation of future talents.
